How happy are you with your progress? Are you making the gains that you want? How in line are you with your 90 day goals? Keep in mind this is a marathon not a sprint, so if you are off track it’s not the end of the world. Stay motivated and check in with your progress. If you do this step, you won’t believe how much more you can get done. Write down your goals if you haven’t already. By doing this one step, you will be up to 10 times more likely to reach your goals. It’s funny how the brain works and I think you would definitely agree with me!
