Lullaby Etude in E
Here it is folks. After a long hiatus, I am back and better than ever! This year has been a pretty crazy one to say the least, and the year still has some surprises in store for us yet.
I will start posting on this blog regularly while providing you with great value (even humorous at times) detailing my processes, idiosyncrasies and of course strategies and training!
This is the latest lesson I developed for beginners and the ear worm melody accompanying it can be played by any novice.
This melody can be played with all downstrokes if you choose but I would suggest using an upstroke on the 1st string to act as a “trampoline “ to jump back on top of the 3rd string. Use your middle finger to move along the 3rd string if you want to be prepared to play the last figure in the last two bars with notes A C and E. Use a metronome and take your time and most importantly, visualize perfection before you perform it!
