Matching chord frames and pentatonic patterns can be a great way to introduce playing through chord changes. This has helped me and hopefully you can get some use out of it as well! My Guitar Journey...cont'd

In my first practice, I established a failure point of 115 bpm for sextuplets. Now that I have a benchmark, I can work at 75% to 90% of that to create the hardwired connections in my brain to make this information faster to my hands. I will work from here for a few days and then try again at 115 bpm. Let’s see how it goes!
