February 2022 Lesson tips

Hello everyone I hope your Tuesday is going well. Here’s some tips in helping you navigate this month’s lesson.

• Use your 1st Finger to locate the root of each chord

• Count aloud with the song without your instrument a few times to get a hold of the timing and rhythm of the song.

• Try to hum the arpeggios that are being played so you can start to hear them in your head before you play

• Don’t try too much too early. If you can’t play the full chord just stick to the root and work on the timing and add other notes as your strength and stamina improve.
